Danira Smith is the Founder and CEO of HBS Virtual Solutions and is passionate about supporting businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in their everyday tasks so they can redeem their time and reach new heights in business and in life.

Having held various positions within the Quality and Compliance fields for about 13 years, Danira is an experienced administrative professional who enjoys collaborating with clients to fully comprehend their immediate needs and tailor solutions to fulfill those requirements.
Outside of the “Corporate America” roles, she has hands-on experience volunteering as an Administrator for several non-profit organizations, and as an Event Manager/Assistant for conferences and events.

Danira is proficient in office programs such as Word and Excel and knows how to manage and adjust schedules to meet business needs by paying attention to detail and providing quality work. She thrives in establishing structure and new processes, revising and creating procedures and documents, providing administrative support, and managing day-to-day functions.
